Michelle is a dynamic television producer and on-air host with a passion for feel-good storytelling that uplifts, inspires and educates.​

 

She is the co-creator of Actually History, a series that highlights overlooked pioneers with educational depth, fresh perspective and accessible storytelling. 

 

She began her career as a broadcast journalist. During her time at WUSA9 in Washington, D.C., she produced and hosted a local travel series and anchored the morning traffic. Her series Get Up Getaways celebrated the DMV region, shining a spotlight on locally-owned businesses and hidden gems. 

 

Before moving to the nation’s capital, Michelle was part of the morning news team at CBS42 in Birmingham, Alabama. She produced and hosted the health and wellness series Living Well with Michelle.​

 

Michelle was born in Santa Clarita, California. She earned her journalism degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and minored in media, arts & technologies.
